How do I care for jewelry ?

To clean your gold jewelry, gently use a soft-bristled brush or cloth with warm water and soap free of detergents. Avoid using abrasive materials to prevent damage.

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin ?

Yes, 100% of our jewels are hypoallergenic. It is a great alternative for individuals who may react to other metals, allowing you to wear stylish jewelry without worry.

What's the difference between 14k gold and 18k gold ?

14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold, making it more durable and affordable, ideal for daily wear. 18k gold has 75% pure gold, offering a richer color and a luxurious feel but is softer and requires more care. Choose based on your lifestyle, style, and budget.

Will my jewelry tarnish if exposed to lotion or seawater ?

What are the shipping fees & delivery timeline ?

We are pleased to offer free shipping.

  • The shipping estimate provided at checkout is an estimation and does not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by the courier or changes to the delivery option.
  • If you order items with different availability dates, your order may be shipped later or in separate packages
  • Shipping fees are calculated before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
  • For international orders outside the US, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France or Germany, additional customs and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by local customs not by Olyssia Paris, and we cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Will I be charged shipping & duties ?

For international customers, our priority shipping method includes taxes and duties. You will not be charged any additional fees to receive your package from Avaria.

Do you offer shipping outside the US ?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most other locations around the world. However, we are unable to ship to Russia and China at this time.

Is a signature required upon delivery ?

No, a signature is not required for delivery with any of our shipping services.

What should I do if my order is delayed ?

We sincerely apologize if your order hasn't arrived as expected. While we wish we could control the delivery time, unfortunately, it's out of our hands.

The delivery time refers to how long it takes for your package to reach you once it leaves our warehouse. It doesn’t account for processing time or any potential delays during transit.

Is it possible to cancel my order ?

We’re working quickly to process and ship your order, so we may not be able to cancel it immediately upon request.

Can I make changes to my order ?

We're doing our best to process and ship your order quickly, which means we may not be able to make changes right away if you need to update items or delivery details.

What is your return and exchange policy ?

As an Olyssia Paris customer, you have a 30-day return/exchange window from the day you receive your package.

To qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange, items must be in their original condition, free of scratches, wear marks, or any other issues. Please ensure necklaces don’t get tangled and that items are protected during transport to avoid damage.

If we receive items that are not in their original condition or after the 30-day window, we will not be able to process your request. We also recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost packages or any issues that arise during transit.

Depending on your location, it may take up to 20 business days for your return to reach us. Once received, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange as soon as possible.

What is the cost of return shipping ?

You can return your order using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as long as your return package includes a tracking number.

For orders delivered outside the US, don’t worry! Simply email us at contact@olyssiaparis.com, and we’ll assist you with the return process.

When can I expect to receive my refund ?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse. Please note that it may take an additional 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in your account, as we use an international bank transfer.
